Is anyone else having problems getting their auctions out? I have 3 auctions that have been processing for over 2 hours - shows no errors.

I have been stuck for the last 2 hours and tried everything. I don't want my auctions ending at 3AM - I am going to cancel and save them until tomorrow.

Keep in mind that AW does not endorse the concept of "Customer Service." Despite repeated requests to respect users by keeping CSR's on hand until 10:00-11:00 PST, they disdainfully ignore the fact that a good percentage of auctions are launched after they close shop at 8:00. The current stuck-in-processing fauilures, the WBN debacle--- all should give notice to tread warily--- and our group has just decided to place the inventory of the two bookstores we are liquidating with another service that understands the word "care."

We are stuck in processing too. Auctions to have launched at 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm PST. HELP Auctionwatch....is it AW or EBay, as Ebay has had problems on and off all day/night.

Thank you very much AW!
My sales are down. It does't look like Christmas is going to be good at our house.
I pay you for service that was better when it was free.
I Spend $25 on a service that will give me hourly hit counts on the types of items I sell JUST so I will know the best time to end (launch) my auctions.
I spend a lot of time writting up my auctions and setting them up to launch at the best time.
Then you go down... Go home... and leave us here gritting our teeth!
Oh! did I mention I still get to pay you each and every month whether my auctions launch on the time of my choosing or yours.
Yep... I'm PO'ed over this latest cluster *u*k ##%!!#

Same here..Stuck in processing going on 3 hours.
Maybe we should be charging them (AW) for the loss of money and the time we have to spend trying to figure out how to get our auction to launch at the right time...I ususally don't like to complain, but when you are paying for a service...it should be far better than this. It just that I have way too may problems with this service, yet I cannot find another one that will work with webtv...Any suggestions webbies???

All auction launching services are now available and operating properly. Auction launching produced intermittent errors this evening from approximately 7:15 pst to 9:15 pst and was offline from 9:15 to approximately 11:15 this evening.
During this time, some auctions launched but may have been recorded as an error in Control Panel. Please check My eBay to verify an item did not launch before listing the item again.
We apologize for this inconvenience
Regards,
Larry

Hi Wabbitt15,
Regarding your problems about unscheduling auctions one at a time, notice that there is a way to do this for more then one auction!
Simply click on the link PendingAuctions in the left nav, select the auctions you want to unschedule, then click the Cancel (sic!) button.
Nevertheless, as you may have noticed, all your scheduled auctions have launched, so there was no need to unschedule them!
Hope this helps,
Marius

Mgarbea: Are we talking about AW? When items are stuck in processing, there is no Cancel button, only SelectAll, Delete and Resubmit. Items stuck in processing cannot be deleted, so one must select each item individually and unlaunch individually. Where is this mysterious Cancel button?
Also, I individually unlaunched (47) items that were stuck in processing, kept (4) because of the template being used, and the remaining (43) were placed through another facility. My last successful launch was 1 day and 17 hrs ago, so I don't see how you can say that I launched anything last night- DIDN'T HAPPEN!

Hi Wabbitt15,
If you click on the Pending link on the left hand side, you will be on the Pending Listings page and there is a cancel button. You can use that to unschedule auctions.

Thanks, Sonya. Now, doesn't this lack of knowing about this function cry for a tutorial to cover such areas?
