Hi Jewljack,

I will investigate this for you. At the moment, to view the phone number you will have to uncheck step 2 and click Edit and you will see it.

Hello,

Sorry, Sonya was not kidding. This is a brand new field that we recently added, and it has yet to be added into the 'view response' form.

To answer your question, yes we are working to make the system better.
This is part of the reason we added this new field, our apologies that is has not yet been incorporated into the view response form though. We hope to have this ready for you to start using as soon as possible.

Let us know if you have any other questions!

I'm just curious:

1. Why are we seller (through the AW WBN) asking for our winning bidder's phone number?

They don't get mine - that I know of.

2. Could some one from AW let us know what the reasoning was behind the addition of this field?

Needless to say, I've gotten some "feedback" from folks, not all of it pleasant.

3. Could the form be modified (sorry) so that the REQUIRED fields are flagged and the OPTIONAL fields can be left blank.

This seems to be a standard on most web-based forms. I'd like to let those folks who value some of their privacy retain it.

Thanks!
