We keep getting replys from our customers that says the "link" in our WBN does not work and we have to go through the process with them all over from the beginning. Wasted time!!
Here is the link that shows up at the bottom of the body of the WBN,
http://awwbn.com/wbn.x/01000100000000001300264159xx/7d7968e3c, (this goes to one of our items)
but apparently the link is not a hot link because some customers respond that it doesn't work.
I understand that some of these wonderful people that buy from us are "computer idiots" and may not do it the right way.
Any way it just seems a little to confusing for some people and because of this it causes more work.
Have you looked at trying to simplify the WBN?

Hello,
We are always working to make the system as easy as possible, especially for more novice users.
This situation is exactly why we setup the Express version of the WBN. Unfortunately some buyers cannot view HTML embedded documents in email (AOL/CS to name a few) and those users will still be required to click on the URL, or paste it into their browsers to submit their information to you.
When they fail to copy the entire line, or simply do not know how to copy/paste they may end up contacting the seller for more information.
