Keep getting ' Error: Error retrieving user luids: Error 1000 ' when I try to access Auction Manager.

Probably pop-ups. Wish they'd leave my luids alone!

It looks like I might as well pack up and go home for the day. AW AM is dead in the water with this error.

Error: Error retrieving user luids: Error 1000

Hello,

This problem has now been resolved and we are back up and running. If your auctions errored out, please check and make sure they didn't launch live to the auction site before resubmitting them so that you do not end up with duplicate listings.
