Hi everyone!

What is this ERROR MESSAGE? It shows up when I go to the AW Auction manager, or any of the closed, pending or active auctions.

Error: Error retrieving user luids: Error 1000

Hello,

This problem has now been resolved and we are back up and running. If your auctions errored out, please check and make sure they didn't launch live to the auction site before resubmitting them so that you do not end up with duplicate listings.
