I have over 700 auctions sitting in my pending bin right now.

In order for me to launch them I have to go into each auction one by one, scroll to the bottom and click when I want to launch

Sure would make my life easier if I could click on the box in pending on the auctions I wish to launch and simply choose the time there.

Also, allowing the copying of auctions multiple times would be nice too.

If I have 50 of the same item, and I only want one launched on Ebay now, I click the copy button 49 more times. Why not make an option for copy to allow multiple copies to be created.

I'm not sure why you think you have to go into "edit" of each one to lauch.

All you have to do is "check" the ones you want to lauch as a group, click the "RESUBMIT" button (ok, that's badly named) and select the date and time for those auctions to launch.

Repeat as needed...

That does not work.

Remember these are auctions with no launch time, they are simply copies that were made.

When I do it your way, I get the following error.

Auction Manager is unable to re-submit one or more selected auctions. Possible reasons for this error are:

the listing is already scheduled to be launched
the listing has a pre-existing error state unrelated to availability of the auction venue
the listing does not contain complete data, or
the listing does not contain a valid template

Hi Darin,

I think that the easiest thing for you to do would be to save one of your auctions to inventory, then go to that item in inventory and increase the quantity available to 50 (or however many of that item that you have). This way, you do not have to have so many copies of one auction and you can keep track of it easier. Within the listing is the option to Save your item to Inventory. If you check that, then hit the save button, a copy will go directly to inventory.

Which items are you getting the relist error on? Are the the ones you currently have scheduled in pending?

The errors are on all auctions in pending that are NOT scheduled to launch.

I tried saving items to inventory but I like my process better as I can easily see what I have left to list.

Please help me with the error as this will save me tons of time as you can imagine.

Currently I sit here for hours on end going into each individual listing and setting the times after copied.

Hi Darin,

For these auctions, did you originally create them on AW? If these are copies of the ones you have scheduled for launch at the end of your pending list, you'll have to wait until those go live as one of the constraints is that you can't resubmit something that is scheduled to be launched.

You still might want to consider using inventory, as it basically serves the same purpose as having hundreds of copies of the same auction in pending. Inventory will even update the quantity if the item does not sell.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yes I created them originally in AW and simply used the copy button to create the ones in pending.

I currently don't have certain auctions scheduled to launch and I tried to resubmit those with no luck.

Any clue.

I looked at inventory and for example I have an item with qty 8 in inv and hit the launch button.

My question is it, asks how many to launch, if I were to hit qty 8 would they all launch at the same time, because that defeats my purpose of spreading them out.
