I got the following message from a customer who made a Paypal payment about 3:00pm PST:
hi--
(page 2 of your form doesn't work-it comes up blank,with just a back button).

It was for item #1036609386 in case it is something you can see. Or perhaps there was a problem at that particular time. I wanted to pass it along in case you were not aware of any problem.

See if you can enter their information manually into the WBN here and get past this error they mention running into or not.
