Hello,

Saw in the announcements that there was a actual "new" way to change a customer's email address in the WBN. Where? How?

Hi Cdplanet,

Indeed we now provide a way to change the winner email. This was requested by many users which complained that their customers have changed their buyer addresses.
Just click on the post sale keys for an auction and you will notice above the fulfillment checklist table an entry and a button called ChangeWinner.
Notice that clicking on this button, you change the winner, so you will not be able to post feedback for the new winner through our services.
