I am new at Auction Watch but not to EBAY. I just started Auction Watch under a new Ebay account name. I opted to have copies of my winning bidder letters from AW sent to me so I could see what the buyer was getting and how it worked. At first it was fine. But now I get no copies and have to asume the buyer is not getting notices either. As a result I am back to sending WBN myself as each auction ends. How often does Auction Watch send them out, why does it seem sporadic? Is this a long standing problem? I emailed AW with no response so far. Is there a cycle or time delay in processing and updating these things. What is the reliability rate of AW? My concern is because I used to use Mr. Lister to post thousands of auctions a week and do not want to put all my eggs in one basket again, thanks for your prompt response.

Hi namesnh,
The WBN should go out shortly (within 10 minutes or so) of when the auction closes and reaches your closed section of the Auction Manager - if the auto-wbn was selected when you created the auction.
If you did not get your copy of the WBN, but it shows as being sent go ahead and click to resubmit those WBN's from post sale express. Engineering has been working on this system, and hopes to have all of these issues cleared up ASAP. The latency with Buy It Now WBN's going out is one of those fixes being tested.
Any updates on these issues will be posted to the most recent thread on the topic.

Um the question is, at the risk of sounding dumb, if the ended auctions do not show up on my post management thing, then how do I even know to send out a WBN to people who have not gotten one? Auctions are ending four or more hours before they show up on my AW. Is that normal?

Hi Namesnh,
Does it take that long for all auctions to appear in the closed section or just certain ones? Sometimes Buy It Now auctions are late to drop down, but other auctions should work fine.
