I hope you can help me with this. I have tried several times to change the default settings on my auction listings so that I will not have to spend time adding or correcting information each time I put up an auction. Example: I have checked the box which says I'll ship internationally but each new auction comes up with "only U.S. shipping" checked. Also for shipping charges I had checked priority but each time the listing form reads my priority and then an amount for first class and then another amount for book rate so each time I have to go and erase these last two amounts.
I just checked and you have your eBay preferences setup to say you only ship to the US.
GO to the My Account tab and click to edit your ebay preferences. Make sure that if you make any changes, you click to save those changes at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
