For at less two days now My inventoy has not been up dated. When a auction ends with no bids the item is suppose to go back into inventory or if you have a auction end with a bid it is supppose to remove it from Qty at auction, Well guess what its not. Please fix this problem. If it isn't one thing with you people its another. Thanks Dave

I have had the same problem recently. What I would really like is the ability to clear all of my inventory numbers and start from square one. Can AW zero out my inventory numbers for me?

Hi Jalleniii,
The inventory quantity problem you have noticed is solved now. All inventory items launched one week ago are showing correct values now.

Hi Fireman68,
This problem has been solved but I will inform engineering that your inventory totals are still off. I apologize for the delay in my response.

Hi Fireman68,
When you launched this item from your inventory, did you change anything at all? Or did you launch them as is, without any modifications?

Hi fireman,
your inventory is now up to date. Indeed your inventory for "1993 $1 Federal Reserve Web 1/9 Note" stated Qty at auction 2, while there were actually 8.
The problem was somewhat hard to track due to the fact that the items were actually relisted.
