Hi i'm new with auction manager pro. but have been selling for 2 years now and know how to launch auctions, i doubled launched auctions the other day, because it said the sync. failed, so i waited and launched again, but the first launch took, i emailed customer service, and they said you must have used your back button, not a satisfactory answer for me as ,i had to cancel the auctions and was charged for them. any ideas on this ?????

Every so often auctions that appear to have errored out will actually appear active on the auction site. This is rare, but it appears that this is what happened. You can request a refund by going to:
