One of the auctions I listed earlier today has the wrong image showing up in the gallery section on eBay. I used Auction Manager to create the listing and added 2 images to the auction but neither of these images is showing up in the gallery for that auction......Shouldn't the first image have been the image in the gallery ? The image that is showing up now is for a different item entirely that I listed before this one. Can someone help me since I really need to try to correct this since it is very confusing to bidders to see a picture in the gallery that does not match the item being sold ? How did this happen so I can make sure it never happens again and most importantly how can I fix this auction now? I already have bids on the auction...what can I do ? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you !

Hi kachrist,
The gallery image would be the one that you selected from the drop-down menu towards the bottom of the create listing page.
If you selected 2 images, you selected them from the attach image section and not the gallery section, because the gallery image list will not allow you to select more than 1 image.
If the item does not have any bids you can revise it at eBay. You will need to attach the images to the auction.
From Auction Manager, click on the "Manage Images" link. Check the box of the image(s) you wish to add under the select column. Click the "Attach Image" button on the bottom of the page, verify your image, and click "Continue". You will then come to a page that contains a box or block of HTML. Copy and paste the entire box of HTML into the description box of the auction revision form.

Thank you Brian for your quick response and information. I do already have bids on this auction so I don't think I can fix it on eBay. Can I fix the problem here at Auction Manager using the steps that you told me to follow using "manage images" I followed all the steps up until the point where you say to paste the copied html information onto the Auction Revision form. Is that form here or are you referring to the eBay form? If it is eBay, then can I do it since the auction has bids already ? Is there any other recourse if this can't be done here at Auction Manager. Today was my first time using Auction Manager......I really thought I had it figured out somewhat until I saw the completely wrong gallery picture showing up. Sorry to bother you again; but is there anything I can do with the auction having bids already ? Thank you again !
