Hi,
according to my account which is still a Flat Fee. "You are currently subscribed to our Yearly Power Plan, which allows you to take advantage of 5 cent listing fees with no monthly fees or final value fees on your sales. As of October 1, 2001, we are no longer offering yearly subscriptions. Your existing subscription guarantees your pricing until your plan expiration date of 28 Mar 2002". Why am I being charged a fee??

Hi Moncollect,
You are on the Power Plan, which you signed up for back when we first implemented fees. The only charges you will be receiving until the expiration of your plan is the 5 cent listing charge. You will be billed monthly on your billing cycle for this charge. We have changed our plans as of October 1, but you will remain on your Power Plan until its term ends.
