I've tried to be as patient as possible with this paid service, but I am nearing my end.

It took 4 days for Auction Watch to send a WBN for my item #1301267337. No, it wasn't a buy it now auction.

The main reason I use this "service" is to automate my WBN's. 4 days is unacceptable.

I'm also sick of having to hit the darn "refresh" button on your site over and over and over to get anything to happen.

How much of a refund are you going to give me to keep me as a customer?

What are you doing to take care of this problem?

Hi Enskpo,

Did this auction sit in Active Auctions for that time, or did it sit in Closed Auctions and not have the WBN go out until now? We are continuously working on improving the WBN system so that this problem does not continue to happen.
