When I click on a list of my inventory items, for example, cuff links, I then select them to be launched. When I get to the launch schedule page it does not show any options for where to lauch the auction to, hence I cannot select them to schedule and/or lauch them. Sometimes the defaults and site selection to launch to do showup, But they all overlap and are out of sequence with the items listed and freeze. Add this to the problems with WBN and incomplete cloesed item lists and it is becoming very frustrating and a service I am paying for but becoming more and more unable to use. How can I lauch auctions?

Nope does not work, even with the browser open all the way, either in AOL or MSN, I get no venue selection options.

Hi Namesnh,
Try using another browser such as IE or Netscape. There should be a sites column on the right, right after the Launch Schedule column. If you are still not seeing the Site column, let me know exactly what appears on that page.

Come one now I do not have Netscape. This worked fine on my computer before so it seems the problem must be on your end. I am getting more then a little annoyed with this game of we are3 working on it, or engineering is looking into it. I can't launch auctions, WBN do not work properly, my closed auctions do not update properly and add to all that the three weeks I ws supposed to get free of charge to try the service are bing billed to me anyway. Please, I do not want to be rude, but you have to play it straight and tell me what is going on with all this. Can you provide the service in full as promised, and now it seems paid for even though it was supposed to be free to try, or not?

Hi Namesnh,
You had indicated you were using AOL and MSN -- I suggested an alternate browser to see if we could isolate the problem, as I cannot replicate it on my end. I went to your inventory and selected quite a few of your items, hit the Launch button, and saw the choices for scheduling the auction as well as which venue to choose from.

I tried opening up a few auctions and launching them. It did work as long as I did not try to launch more then ten at a time. Problem is, if I go ahead and put just my cuff link inventory on AW we are talking about over 300 different pairs. All of which I used to launch twice a week in bulk. Are you telling me I will have to send them up in small sets of ten at a time? How about some answers to the other issues I inquired about. WBN, closed auctions not updating and the fact that I am being charged for what should still be within my free trial period? THanks.

Hello namesnh,
I've just tested this again in your account, launching 20 items at a time, and I see exactly what you mean. I will pass this along to our engineers and we'll see if we can get this fixed ASAP. In the meantime, if launching in batches of 10 or less is working for you, please continue to use this as a temporary workaround.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you!
Also, regarding the issues with WBNs and incomplete closed items - I believe you may be referring to the latency with Buy It Now items moving to closed. We are working on a fix for this right now, and expect to have something in place shortly.
