My cycle date is the 3rd of each month. Since you are not sending out confirmation billing emails, kindly confirm that my CC has been charged for the billing cycle ending 12-3.

Hi Wabbitt15,

Unfortunately we do not have an exact date as to when you will be charged for that billing cycle, but you can see what the total will be in the Balance column on the 3rd.
