I need to know if I have to go into my closed auctions and delete them after they are closed?
I have 60+ pages of closed auctions.
Only back three months can I relist them , others say item number is invalid if I try to relist back further.
Thank you

Hello,

You do not have to, but if you are done with them and do not need the post sale information anymore you can go ahead and do so.

I would like to be able to get information from these closed auctions that are back further than 3 months but the auction is invalid and I can not.
I would also like to relist some of these but again, the auctions say they are invalid?
That is why I wondered if I was to delete them or if I should let the pages keep building up with invalid auctions?

Hello,

That is correct, you cannot relist auctions once the auction has been removed from the site it was listed to originally.

However, you can still use those items to resubmit them as new listings. Click to relist one of those items, and in the 'availability' column on most of them it should say 'copy' - when it does you should be able to submit this item without error.

If it says relist in the section, then click to schedule that item to list later in the week. When it shows up in pending with the scheduled date next to it, you can use the 'copy' option to make a new one to list instead. Then you can unschedule and delete that original, since it cannot actually relist anyway past 30 days at the auction site.

Let us know if you have any questions on this.

It would be really nice to be able to put closed auctions into separate folders. I don't find it especially helpful paging through (or even searching in Post Sales) hundreds of closed items. Folders by month would be my choice, but leave it up to the users to decide. By category of sale or whatever.
