For some reason when I edit the address and packing slip in Auctionmanager, the words "Print address and packing Slip" are now being printed on top of my shipping label. It shows up in print preview while using Netscape. I find no area to remove this so it won't print across the top of my shipping label.
It is from the fulfillment section. I discovered what was wrong. It was in my print page setup for my printer. I had missed unchecking the page title selection in the options area. BOY AM I RED IN THE FACE !!!! Glad it was something simple. Thank you for your response.
