I have both AW and Ebay set for no checkout but it has started showing up again on new and closed auctions. These are NOT relists and were launched after I changed my preferences at both sites.

Hi Mantczak,
Please notice that CheckOut option is a 'global' one at eBay. This means that if you opt for no checkout, then only the auctions launched after that moment will have the option disabled. For any active auction at the moment you had turned off checkout at eBay, the checkout was enabled, and you cannot disable it.
