What is the difference between the "e-mail message" and the "welcome message"? I know the auction closing triggers the "e-mail" message - what is the "welcome message"? Thanks!

Hi Jeckah,

The email message and the welcome message are part of the Classic Post Sale format. When a winner receives a WBN after winning one of your auctions, they get the email message informing them that they have won the auction. It includes a link to the WBN form for them to complete the sale. When they click on that link, they get the Welcome message which instructs them to fill out the fields on that page in order to complete post sale for the auction. I hope this helps to clarify the difference!
