Hi,
I have about 300 listings stored in my pending file that are copied and relaunched from time to time. My question: If they are on the front 50, I can check the box, then scroll down and hit the delete button. But, wen I open my pending file to get the others, there is no box or delete button. How can I thin out some of the unwanted listings that are farther down in my directory? Please don't tell me to open each one, set it for prelaunch, then move all pre-lanch listings to the front of listings, then delete them. This is the only way that I have come up with so far to do this. There has got to be a better way. Please note that I am using a webtv-plus system also. Please respond to: [email protected] or send me a link to find your reply. Thanks, JJ(oldshuntr)

Hello,

When in your Auction Manager, click on the left to view only your pending items first.

The next page showing your first 20-50 items will have a 'resubmit, refresh, cancel and delete' button. You should be able to select the items from here and click to delete them.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for the fast repy, BUT, please reread my questions again. I understand that part completely. What do I do if I want to delete a listing that is after the 50th one. Say on page 6? Thanks, JJ(oldshuntr)

Hello,

There are links to your other pages of items at the bottom of the page. Do you not see them on when viewing only your pending items, or are you having trouble with the links themselves?

Yes, I know how to get to the other pages. But, there is not a delete option at the bottom of the page like the first page.

Hello,

As on the first page, the delete button along with the others appears at the very top of the list of items.

Take another look and verify that you are missing those buttons from the top of the other pages.

Yep, sure enough. They are kind of hidden, blended in with the framework and background. Just tried it, worked fine.
Thanks for the help, JJ(oldshuntr)
