I am so happy to have the WBN for Dutch auctgions. Thank you very much AW. I just wish I would have got a warning that it had started. I had a dutch aution that had different shipping amounts depending on how many you ordered. AW sent out WBN's to everybody with the same s&h charge. I lost a lot of money because of that. I can work around it I just would have liked to have a warning.
Also thank you for putting the link to ebay back on the Non Paying bidder page.
I have a question on the new "change winner" thing. You need to explain it a little better. I thought it was a way to change the email address of the current bidder. That would be more helpful. I did that the other day and lost all the WBN info the guy put in and I could not get it back.
The next big thing you guys need to add is better NPB mangement. Like some sort of checkbox system like the post sale section. It could be its own sytem or be part of the regular post sale system. I am talking about Ebay of course.
I would also like the ability to have a way to find out who has not left feedback. it would be very nice if AW had a bot that went and looked and filled in the checkbox for us. That would be so nice. I don't think that would be very hard. The information is there to get from ebay.

Hello,
First off, thank you for your suggestions - we will pass these along for future update consideration.
As for your question about the change the winning bidder field, this is for changing the winning bidders email to send out the WBN again. If you already sent out a WBN and they were able to respond to it, then do not click to change the winning bidders email address.
It was setup to make an easy place for you to correct the address if it was wrong in the first place, so it will wipe out any data currently shown.
