Hello,
I uploaded seven item, and each one loaded properly. Then, inadvertently, I clicked on the browser's Refresh button. Now the images do not show up. I tried to upload them again, and I get the message that the images already exist. BE won't sync giving an error message having to do with image hosting.
The images I uploaded are:

3576800182bJapanCookbook.jpg
3576800182cJapanCookbook.jpg
3576800182dJapanCookbook.jpg
3576800182eJapanCookbook.jpg

Please fix this problem for me.
Thanks,
beekmanbooks

No, I am not trying to upload images through BE. I was trying to launch a few items, none of which needed the images that did not load properly. Sorry, I do not remember the exact wording of the error message I received when I tried to sync.

Hi beekmanbooks/opus1306,
I do see the images you referenced uploaded into account beekmanbooks - they are on page 3 of the uploaded images list. Please be sure that you are logged on to the right account when looking for them, if you have multiple AW accounts.

Thank you Diana, indeed the images are on page 3. But this beggs another question: I thought the images were organized in alphabetical order. Is that not so?

Hi beekmanbooks,
The images are arranged in numerical and alphabetical order. Because the image file names are prefaced with a number, they are first arranged numerically then alphabetically. If you had prefaced the number with a letter, they would be arranged alphabetically, then numerically.

This was quick, thanks. Alas it does not make sense. Alpabetically, to me, and to databases in general, means characters first (like # # & numbers next, than lower case letters followed last by upper case letters. If the system is not case sensitive, than lower case and upper case are mixed, or, as I think AW does, automatically change upper case letters to lower case.
Back to my images: when we first uploaded images, the file name was an alpha abbreviation of the product name. Later we began using the ISBN (UPC) by itself, now followed by an abbreviation of the title.
The bulk of our images follow the alpha rules I described above, except on page 3. Why?
