I have tried to revise auction #1678671051 on eBay and every time I hit the submit button my computer crashes. I have had this problem all week long.
The reason I want to revise is that I have to change the duration of the auction, it was supposed to be 5 days and I found out it was listed for 10 days??? and no I didn't do it myself.
Please help, I don't want this auction to end Dec.26.

If you have an alternate browser on your computer, please try revising your auction using that browser. We have seen this problem happen to Internet Explorer users -- using Netscape or Opera has proven to be effective.

I am sorry I couldn't respond before...we were out of power for several hours.
I don't have another browser, I got rid of Netscape a long time ago.
Is there any way at all you can revise this auction for me?? I guess not.

Here are "the group's" suggestions:
1. Start your edit and wait several (2-5) minutes before you click continue and then wait some more
2. Download Opera ( a very lightweight browser) and don't bother waiting.
I only use option 2 and it works. Send me an e-mail ( [email protected] ) and I'll give you all the info you need.
