Hi,
I am having a problem with eBay item 1311690634. It is not showing up in my closed auctions, and when I try to import it manually, AW only tells me that I have no auctions I am not tracking. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Digitalbruce,
Your item "PIONEER HTD-510DV HT SYSTEM NEW SPEAKERS ONLY" did end with BuyItNow. Your item was present in your active auction panel, second page (that's why you coud not import it!). The only way to make an item show in your closed section (for a buy-now item) is to refresh the screen which contains the item.
Another method is to change your email address at eBay to [email protected] and AW will be informed that your item sold with buy-now, and process the listing accordingly.

More on "[email protected]" mentioned by Marius above. This is a new system that we have recently implemented which will automatically trigger auctions that end with Buy It Now to move into your closed section.
