Hello,

We are aware of the latency that some of our users are currently experiencing, and
we would like to provide an update on this situation. We are actively working with eBay
today, and they have been able to made some configuration changes to their API that has
significantly reduced latency.

We will continue to monitor this situation and work with them through out the day to
ensure that your auctions launch in a timely manner.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,

Diana

I have 11 auctions slated to launch every 15 minutes from 5pm-7:15pm PST tonight. Two are stuck in processing right now.

Are you saying that the SCHEDULER is having a problem? Should I unschedule and just submit manually? Or will I wind up in another queue that is equally as long?

Hello kathleenrock,

We are heading into peak time now, so you may experience some minor latency. We are monitoring the situation, and will do our best to make sure your auctions launch in a reasonably short time.

Thanks,

Diana

What is going on with the problem? I am able to list direct to ebay with no problems. What is considered minor latency? I haVE SOME IN PENDING FOR WELL OVER 1 HOUR.if we choose to relist from ebay is aw going to charge.10 for image hosting? This is an aw problem so we should not have to spend our savings onimage hosting due to aw not being able to handle this situation. I am talking abought over 200 auctions. I need a response asap. Also if auctions launch after the deadline how is aw going to handle this?

Diana,

This latency is over THREE HOURS BEHIND. My first of 11 relists actually went. It was scheduled for 5pm PST and went at 5:47pm. But, the other ten, from my 5:15pm - 7:15pm PST are still caught in processing.

My 5:15pm just came back at 8:15pm, with this error message:

"The following message was returned from the scheduler while attempting to list your auction:

Internal Database Failure. The auction data could not be retrieved from the database for AuctionWatch ID 01awch00000000000513958013XX.

The auction could not be inserted/previewed due to an unanticipated processing error. Please try again later or contact AuctionWatch to provide specific details regarding this error or to obtain assistance.

If this error message does not provide enough information regarding the source of the auction error, you may preview the auction insertion. Otherwise you may edit the auction information or attempt to schedule the auction again.

Preview Auction Edit Auction "

Help!!! Only ONE of ELEVEN will get through ebay for free listing???????
