I thought it was just me and was surprised to hear other users having the same problem. I don't know why it surprised me though. I had to click Auction Manager about 3 or 4 times before it would even respond and then when it finally did it said:

Error: Error retrieving user luids: Error 1000

What the heck is a luid?

Even with the error I was able to get the menu on the left side of the screen. I clicked post sale and still got the error but also got the subcategories of post sale and then clicked items to ship and they came up. I clicked on an item that I mailed and was wondering if I should even attempt to check off anything while the luids are lost but attempted to anyway. It seemed to accept the "shipped" check mark but when I clicked the thing for sending out shipment notice I got the following error:

Error updating fulfillment status: 2 Cacheman: Error Please explain the steps that lead you to this error: update_summary - upd_ps_status error

I guess I better quit while I'm behind

I'm clearing out my items I have in AW inventory and that's it. They're just down way too often for the amount we pay. I need all the luids I can get.

Does anyone know when this will be fixed? It is very frustrating to have to pay for something that only works part of the time!!

Error: Error retrieving user luids: Error 1000!!!
No counters on my aucitons and auctionwatch.com's site is slow as hell!!!

This is a PAID service and we should be getting reliable service.

Little upset.

Too many local user identifiers (LUIDs) were requested at one time

No more local user identifiers (LUIDs) are available

Well, that is what it means anyways.

I guess the local user identifiers are on strike.

It is interesting that the pop-ups are the only thing consistent. Guess they don't require luids.

All systems are now fully available. Auction Management services were intermittently unavailable this morning. We have added new hardware to improve system stability. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
