I can and have accepted a lot of problems with this service, but today I have to say, while I can still accept you are having difficulties, the SILENCE IS DEAFENING and it is UNACCEPTABLE.

At the very least... could you acknowledge the problem???? Give us some sort of communication? It would prevent us from thinking you have been swallowed up or disintegrated like the other dotcoms....

I suspect man people will use this "down" time to seek another vendor.

We have paid for this service and deserve just that ... SERVICE!

Their excuse will be that the techies don't come to work until 8 AM west coast time, about a half hour from now. Let's see what they come up with this time, or will it just be another "sorry for the inconvenience"? Just once I'd like to see someone at AW admit, OK, we really screwed up over here, and actually offer us some sort of compensation for all of the time we lose while they get their act together.
