My dutch auctions are closing w/o sending WBN's...I have written 3 times, called and no one is responding.
This is costing me money and will soon cost AW a customer.

Hi Pandorasbox,
I see three auctions that recently closed where the WBN did not go out. Are these relisted auctions or brand new ones? Did they remain in your account the whole time, or did they disappear, causing you to import them back in?

They did not disappear, they simply migrated to "closed"...the same way dutch auctions did before you supported WBN's etc. for them.
There was nothing extraordinary about any of these listings.
