Anyone else having a problem uploading pics today? I keep getting a page that says Web Server is Busy or Unavailable. Can that really be possible?????
To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.

Respectfully, Christoper, belay that last request!
The History folder contains a list of all of the URLs you have visited. It merely supports opening up the History list to quickly go back to some place you've been, but have forgotten how you got there. It also supports the "autofill" of any URL in the Address bar.
C'mon now! You know that it has NOTHING to do with any cached pages...

I'M HAVING MAJOR PROBLEMS UPLOADING TOO. IT APPEARS TO BE UPLOADING AND THEN I GET A "THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DIPLAYED" NOTICE PAGE.
MY CACHE IS CLEAR, MY TEMP FILES DUMPED TOO. IS AW WORKING TO FIND AND FIX THIS?

How do I get other images on my eBay listing? Used Auction Manager Pro, but only last photo shows. I've cleared cache and history, but need step-by-step on how to get photos on existing listing. Right Away, Please!
Thanks, Joette

Hi everybody,
If you are having trouble uploading (getting an error on upload) please try the following:
1.) Limit the number of upload fields displayed on the page to 9 or less. You can do this by clicking the "show fewer upload fields" link under the upload button.
2.) Upload your images from Auction Manager image hosting (click Image Management under the navigation tabs once in Auction Manager) rather than the image hosting page.
If clearing the cache and trying these solutions does not help, please post back and let us know which browser/version you are using when uploading.

Diana, thanks for speedy response to all on this image challenge. However, general overview doesn't guide me enough. Can I get detailed info on how to make my other images that didn't get on when listing the auction, get on there now? My auction shows a zoom of just a corner of the item, and I NEED the other photos on the listing. I went into Inventory, Edit, then Manage Images, checked the images, clicked upload....but they're still not on the listing.
Thanks,
Joette

Hi joettesantiques,
You cannot attach a picture to an existing auction directly at AW. You will need to get the URL of the image and attach it using eBay's revision form.
From Auction Manager, click on the "Manage Images" link. Check the box of the image(s) you wish to add under the select column. Click the "Attach Image" button on the bottom of the page, verify your image, and click "Continue". You will then come to a page that contains a box or block of HTML. Copy and paste the entire box of HTML into the description box of the auction revision form, being very careful not to alter any pre-existing HTML that may be in this field.
