Have not changed anything in my preferences for Ebay but now the <p> is not separating the paragraphs any more. I went and tried 2 of them together and it still all runs together. Any ideas????

Hello,
Do you have any examples where this is happening? We would like to investigate this further for you, as I was unable to replicate the error.

Me too! As I was ready to launch a couple of auctions, I always preview them before I do and noticed that my description is follwed by my default text without a space in between. Also has my PayPal logo is directly at the end of my default text without a space in between. Has never happened before and I didn't change my preferences either. Seems like it happened with your change of the new style log in page and change of announcements?? I manually put in the <p> HTML tag at the end of my description for tonights auctions. Would like it to go back to automatically putting a paragraph seperator between description and default text and default text and PayPal logo, please!!

Hello,
Sorry for the confusion, you are correct and there is an error causing the default text/payment information to show right below the auction text.
We have forwarded this along to engineering to address, and apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have this issue cleared up as quickly as possible.

It happened when I had an auction pending for launch and check to see if I had the right template. I checked all my pending for launch and they were the same, all running together. I just checked the same listing which are up on ebay now, and they are fine, they do not run together. So it is in the pending launch that this occurred or still occurs. I don't think I have any pending launch listings left today. But like I said once they get to ebay they are fine. Thanks for your response...

As cbar had mentioned, it must only be happening in the pending auction section...I had manually put in the <p> tag in 3 out of the 4 auctions I launched tonight and the one that I missed, I didn't put a tag in and it looks fine once on eBay, but the other 3 now have a "double" space between the description and default text.

In case this extra detail helps whoever is looking at this problem:
At least for me, the 'p' isn't being recognized in the preview when the auction is pending and scheduled. If it isn't scheduled, the 'p' seems to be recognized when previewed.
BUT...the center tag isn't being recognized in either scenario.
At least for me.

Hi
All auctions that listed last night are spaced correctly even tho' the <p> never worked on the auction watch preview....made it a little slower to preview previews but i'm sure it will get fixed...right??..auctionwatch??

I thought I was going NUTS as well.
The <p> paragraph denoter is NOT working this morning, Monday, when I preview in "ebay preview" AND in "quick preview".
I haven't launched this auction, so I can't report if it will work once it is "live".
My pending auction is "sweetfulfillment wishes ..."

Hello,
The auction will launch correctly with the paragraph seperator even though it does not appear to do so in the preview. We are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Goodness, please get it fixed. This is maddening and makes one very uneasy about launching auctions. Thank goodness for this message center! I thought I had forgotten html.
