I'm trying to create a folder in AM online inventory, but when I click "New" (folder) in Manage Folders, nothing happens. On individual item Inventory Management page, I can select "New Folder" from top left dropdown box, but can't enter a name in the box next to it. If I select New Folder and click Save, I get a message telling me to enter a name for the folder, but it won't allow me to enter a name. I vaguely recall a post weeks ago referring to some "create" function that didn't work. Is this the one? Thanks.

Hi there,
I just tested this from your account, and was able to create a folder called "test" - I left it there so that you could see.
The problem sounds like it could be browser-related. Will you post back and let us know which browser/version you are using, and whether you are using a Mac or PC? I am using Internet Explorer 5.0x and had no trouble.

I think you're right. I'm using a brand-spanking new HP Pavillion PC with Netscape 6.2. But today I'm at a remote computer, a very old PC with Netscape 4.7, and I was just able to go in and create a folder. That would indicate a problem with 6.2. Any suggestions on a tweak for 6.2?

Just wanted to add - as a workaround, you should be able to create folders using Internet Explorer instead of Netscape.
