For god sakes do somthing about the tiny, nearly unreadable size of the font on the printed address/invoices. I havent been able to use AW "print Invoice" as my Post office has been complaining to me about the labels. So I have, for nearily a year, been hand writing label and invoices. This and the fact that we have to put a useless ship value in the listing for the listing to be submittable to Ebay (actuall ship needs to be detrimend based on buyers return address). You need to give us an option that stops the reciept return notice (that is sent back to the winner after he fills in the address to the WBN reply that is sent to me). We need a edit button, in the post sale page, that allows us to enter all the items won by a single buyer, on one invoice, and the calculated ship cost, for the lot of items won, based on address supplied us (especially important for overseas buyers and buyers that win more then one item) and manually return the WBN inventory/billing notice showing the buyer the total payment amount due and payment option he has selected.
I'm seriously thinking of droping AW and make use of Ebay's "checkout" along with use of email folders - I tried it and it's much faster with less AW windows to call up and the direct emails I have to send winners because of AW's short commings in handling multi wins by one person.
I've just tested the printed invoice/packing slip in many different pixel heights and configurations, and while the shipping label only option does print the To / From fields closer together, the text is very legible even when printed on the smallest pixel height setting. I believe that if the text is illegible from your system, there may be a font setting you could adjust within your browser or system that will enlarge the printed text.
The shipping charges that you mention can be eliminated if you do not use Auto-WBN - they are only required at launch if you are using the Auto-WBN feature. If you do not use Auto-WBN, you can contact your customer directly in order to obtain their zip code, then calculate the correct shipping and send the WBN manually. Or, you could include in the WBN text a disclaimer that states shipping is estimated, and will be re-calculated upon receipt of the address.
As far as combining multiple purchases on one invoice, we are aware of the importance of this feature, and we have logged your request.
I hope this helps - please post back if you have any further questions.

Invoices printed from Post Sale Fulfillment print very small font. Only the name of the customer prints out at a respectable size.
The need for this change has been requested many, many times in the past.

We are going to try slightly increasing the font size on the invoice/packing slip in Post-Sale, but we don't want to increase it by too much because some users who have their fonts set to a larger size might then not be able to fit the text on their labels.

I too would like to be able to only send one WBN when someone has multiple wins. This is very annoying since I use the automatic WBN and then have to send another one manually to tell the winner the total.

I don't use the label from AW but I do print out the invoice and include it in the package to the winner. As for the label I got a label program from Avery and just copy the info from the invoice page before I print it and paste it into the label program and stick the label page into the printer and then print the label. You can do this several times if you have several things to mail and then print them all at once. It sure beats hand writing them. An since it allows you to pick out the label to print you can just print out one label at a time if you need to. I keep using the sheet of labels over thru the printer until it is all used up. And I have control over what font is used in the label program.
