I found this message waiting for me when I got home today from my sister-in-laws funeral. It was dated yesterday...
"During our billing process today, your credit card on file was not
charged ($14.95) because of the following problem:
Credit Card Declined
Your bank or financial institution declined our attempt to charge your
card."
First of all I have never had this balance amount.
Secondly, my account was paid in full on 12/27/01 for the accurate balance.
Thirdly, my AW online account reflects a zero balance.
And last but not least, my bank customer service rep advised me that you never billed for this amount and no payments have been declined. This account is very solid and has been so for many years. You know that you have never had a problem with my account.

Hi Maudit1,
I would recommend reviewing your statement or consulting with your bank to see who attempted this charge, as it did not come from us. There should be a return address on the message that will tell you where the charge came from. Good luck!
