My winnng bidder notices are not being sent automatically. I do have the right box checked and it has been working well for months. Help? Thanks.

Hi Ng987,

I've checked your account and it appears all the WBNs have been sent. Did you send these manually? Also please provide some of the auction ID numbers where the WBNs did not go out automatically so we can investigate this issue further.
