Last week I launched an auction which for some reason did not fully go through. See 12/29/01 AW Manager Message Board...Fix Unlaunched/launched to active panel.(or see below)
I followed your instructions to get it to launch. There was no counter/reset button....just copy.
I inquired about this and there was no reply by you. I am now trying to "relist" this auction and it will not let me. Will I receive credit due me when I list as a new listing if it sells......as I should if it were the appropriate "relist" auction?

Launched auction to Ebay. Two went through but one didn't. Followed your instructions and found that it had actually launched. So followed your instructions again to get it into active panel. Now, it is in active but it is not showing Hits. States N/A. Also, no Reset ability. Just Copy. How do I fix this as it should be. It is not a tracked auction but my actual auction and I need to follow it through.

As you haven't answered, I will try to goto Ebay, revise this auction, and see if that won't bring up my counter/reset button on my AW panel.

Unfortunately because it had to be tracked in you cannot reset the counter or view hits from your Active Auctions area -- you will have to go to the old counter page, located at the following URL:
