How do I know if I had sent a WBN Reminder? When I look at WBN's last sent on the "Awaiting Response" it still has (1) even if I send a reminder.

Hi Dstechnologies,

Unfortunately the number of times you send a WBN reminder does not get counted -- the (1) is for the number of times you sent the actual WBN.
