I'm a new user. I have checked the box to automatically send WBN. I had an auction end with only 2 winning bidders, so I could manage it myself easily, but I wanted to use it to get some practise, and the reason I pay to do my auctions through AuctionWatch is so I can use the postsale. But 3 days after the auction closed, no WBN has been sent, and in fact, nothing shows up in my post-sale section. Anybody who can give me an idea what to do would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Drbrownauctions,
You have 2 closed auctions, both listed at Amazon. One of them ended without bids, while the other had 2 bids and was a Dutch auction. PSM (post sale management) keys are intended to help the seller track the status of sold items. That's why the first one does not show any keys. Although you may launch Dutch auctions at Amazon through AW, we do not support PSM for these auctions (that's why the second auction does not have PSM keys).
Notice that we fully support Dutch auctions launched at eBay.
