This is only one auction, and only a dime, but this is definitely not my auction so I do not understand why it is on my bill?

Ebay # 1040510450

Please review and how can I be sure it does not happen again -- it could be more next time!

I have left the CR info so I could read the message boards. I will not be using the other features until you come out with a reasonable flat fee such as $19.95 a month with NO other fees. (I know you probably won't but it is worth a shot to ask as I really miss you guys).

Please correct my statement.

PS: I never had this item up for auction so the pic wasn't mine either. I don't know what happened here but it does alarm me as far as future charges go. And is another good argument for the flat fee billing!

Hi Lindajean,

I've tried looking for that item in your statement but cannot find it. What month is it on?

When I click on "My Account" and then click on statement, it shows up as a charge for December.

The statement page has my username, but a charge is showing up for someone's auction? It is still there as of this minute--I just checked it.

Thanks,
Linda

Hi lindajean,

The number you are referring to is not an eBay auction ID, it is the ref ID of the last transaction on your account which took place in September. The charge will eventually be placed on your credit card, and your balance will be cleared at that point.

Sorry for the confusion!

Diana

Thanks Diana,

That is strange since it is now an actual Ebay number, and I haven't used your services in a while, you can see why I was concerned.

Thanks again,
Linda
PS: I will keep watching for a reasonable flat fee for auction listings and hope to someday return.
