why am i unable to upload photos? i've tried several times and all i get is a page saying "this page cannot be displayed" it is happening thru both aol and dsl. this problem started back in december and has obviously not been resolved. PLEASE FIX! thanks

Hi Suze,
We are aware of this problem. Our engineers are working on a fix. Although this problem occurs only on AOL browsers, our stuff is comitted to solve any user complaints.

Hi, I am having the same problem, I use compuserve, which is part of aol. I have been able to upload pix, only doing 2-3 at a time. Surprisingly they are uploading quite quickly, I know it is a pain, but at least I am getting them uploaded.

I am having the same problem today every time I try to upload my pictures I get the same message to push the refresh button.I have done this,shut down my computer and cleared my cache.Nothing is working.

I am on AOL and never had a problem before.It does not seem to matter what browser I use I still CAN"T launch my pictures. Any help would be appericated.I posted on a differtent thread and got no answer so please help..

Hi Keto,
We know that using AOL browser image upload is very slow, and sometimes fails. We are trying to fix this (AOL browser) issue. If you are an AOL user and do not use AOL browser, please try to use AOL's alternate access number, if there is more than one in your area.

To add to this - AOL users who are having problems uploading have historically been able to use Auction Manager Pro to upload a large batch of images. You might want to consider this as an alternative.
