The counters are not showing. I wanted to change the look of some of my counters but they all show an x so I can't tell one style from another. This has been happening on and off for a few days now.

Hi Antelope67,
I am able to view the counter selections, as well as the ones in your auctions. Are you able to see the counters in your auctions or is it just the list of counters in the old counter system page? When did this start happening?

I entered one of my auctions and all I see is an x. When I am in inventory and click on the site specifics the counter selection shows as an x. If I click to change counters they all show as x. I do not know when this started because I just started listing again after taking a breather but they were like that when I started listing again. Then they were okay and now they are all x. From the auction manager I can view the results of the counter so the seem to be detecting when someone clicks on an auction but they show as an x on the auctions themselves. I have tried this from 2 different machines and it views as an x no matter how I get on the internet.

I just checked my auctions again and I am now able to see the counters with both of our desktop computers. The only time I can't see them at the moment is from our Internet Appliance which runs on a different type of browser. I believe it is MSN Companion or something like that. At least we can see them from the desktops now. Thanks for looking into it.
