I am loading the final auction to Yahoo - after going through many complicated steps to finally get the pictures added - and now AW is telling me there is no site information for Yahoo in my account. C'mon!
I've about had it!

Hi Teddi,
Which auction title in your pending section are you working on? What are you clicking on, and where, that you get a message from us saying you do not have Yahoo information in your account?

First of all, none of the auctions in the pending file are pending. They all launched hours ago.
Second, I couldn't get the auction I mentioned in the first place to get as far as "Pending" as it kept telling me there was no site information for Yahoo in my account.

Hi dogtogs,
If you look at the error message under "details" next to the pending auctions, you will see that the error indicates that the auction(s) were indeed launched. I am not sure what might have caused this - perhaps a temporary communication glitch at Yahoo. I was able to preview your pending Yahoo auctions, so they should launch without a problem.
If you continue to have trouble, please let us know.
