Instructions were:
If you find an open auction in your closed section of AuctionManager, you can manually correct this by selecting the item(s) (the checkbox to the left of the item) and then clicking on the page's 'Refresh' button (upper right of the page, not the browser refresh button).
I followed the above instructions yet nothing happened. Now what?
Perplexed in PA!

Hi cathmomnpa,
The first step would be to click on Closed link on left nav. This will refresh the page so that only closed auctions are present in your control panel. Now select the auction(s) using the checkbox(es) and hit the Refresh button (not the browser refresh button).
