I have had several buyers want to sign up for c2it because I hype their service in my auctions and mention the $10 they'll get when they use the service to pay someone for the first time. (I figure they'll bid a little more on my item if they know they're going to save $10 when they pay for it.)

However, in my recent auctions, the c2it logo link "button" doesn't show up. Not everyone fills out WBNs and discovers the c2it sign up thingy there so I have had to email them and refer them to www.c2it.com

I have checked my preferences and c2it is marked so I don't know why the logo/link isn't appearing. Anybody know? Thanks.

Hi Teresaking,

You will need to check the box in Global Preferences that says:

Insert list of payment types accepted in auction listing.

When you check this the C2it logo should appear. This will not affect auctions that are already active.

Hi Brian - Thanks for your response, but as I stated in my original post, I already did that. The box is checked...it's the very first item under Accepted Payment Methods.

In my previous auctions, the following line appeared:
Payment
-------------------------------------
I accept the following forms of payment: c2it(sm) by Citibank, PayPal, Billpoint, Money Order.

Underneath that the c2it/AOL Cash logos appeared.

Then it would list Shipping & Handling, followed by Additional Information (including the AuctionWatch logo).

I just noticed my ads no longer include the Shipping & Handling section either! WHAT am I doing to cause this? I'm the person who caused you so much trouble before with my AuctionManager, remember? Sorry about that. Hope you can help me this time too.

Hi Teresaking,

I checked your account and the box is still unchecked. It is under the heading "Auction Listing Options." The exact wording is:

"Insert Shipping Options and Details into Listing."

You are checking the box to offer different payment methods, but not the box that includes them in the listing.
