Is there a trick to launching items from inventory? I checked off the ones I want to put up again and clicked launch. All I get is a white page that says inventory mangement.

Hi larrkpoodle,

Is this still happening? I was not able to replicate this problem. Have you tried launching just a single inventory item?

OK I tried just one and it went through. I will try a few more now. Thank you. Why do we have to choose a site for each one when the eBay logo is already there and I don't use any other site?? Can't this be a default?

9 will not go at once, must be just a few. Now the last 3 will not launch because although when I go back to inventory they all say 1 in "quantity available" when I click to launch it changes to 0 in quantity available and will not go. This is far too complicated and too many clicks to do the same thing. I have already chosen the ones to launch, why have to choose again and risk more glitches. I don't know why the program thinks it knows how many I have to sell anyway.

Hi Larrkpoodle,
Inventory is intended for users which want to sell the very same item but not in a Dutch auction (so inventory quantity is mandatory) but also for users which try to sell the very same item on different venues (thus venue selection is mandatory).
If you only launch at eBay, then all you have to do is enter site specific information only for eBay. The code will automatically detect this and will automatically select eBay as venue. You will however have to manage quantities. Afterall, it would be embarrassing to sell something you already sold!

It is equally embarrassing not to understand the problem. They all say quantity 1.

When I click launch not only does the quantity change to 0 (which it did not do on the others I launched successfully) but I again have to check the box to select them? This is when it says they will not launch because the quantity is being changed to 0 by the inventory program. I would manage the quantity by changing it to 23 if that would launch these 3. It will highlight but I cannot change the quantity the program decided I have. I tried starting over from another page and the same thing happened on these 3.

The more clicks required, the more glitches. It already shows the eBay logo and I already chose them on the list of inventory. It is redundant to choose both again and it leaves it open to mistakes such as this one.

After AM double listed randomly several times with the old program and they sold, I don't embarrass easily any more! LOL

While I have your attention, I will again ask for the buyer ID to show on the closed auctions. I have to open each auction to find multiples or the correct duplicate item. I liked the original program best, didn't have to open everything each time to check something off. I could be listing instead of opening and waiting for endless pages to come up.

I would also like to be able to change the dollar amount of relists without opening each one, just a column to adjust the opening bid (most changed item) instead of waiting to open the whole page. Again I could be listing instead of dealing with each relist individually.
