Lately everytime I try to relist by hitting the launch button, the page reloads about 3/4 through then my computer gets stuck. The auction ends up appearing in the pending when I reboot the computer. I have no other problems with the computer - just relisting

Hi Natureartsgallery,
What browser are you using? If you have an alternate browser on your computer, try relisting using it, so that we can determine if the problem is browser related.

unfortunately I only have microsoft Explorer brower. I might add I have been relisting for over a year with this browser. I feel I am not doing anything different. Can figure why it's hanging up. F.

Hi Natureartsgallery,
Can you further describe your problem? What version of Windows do you use? What version of Internet Explorer?
Can you point me to the closed auction you cannot relist? May I relist it for you (using one of our machines, with your version of Windows and IE)?

I have windows 98 and I just realized that it only happens when I go in an edit the auction to be relisted. If I do a straight relist it works ok. But if I edit it gets hung up when I push the save button. Any ideas with that?

Hi Natureartsgallery,
No idea so far, as you are the first customer with such a complaint.
What version of IE do you use?
Again, may I try the relist comand for you? Which item? What should I change? I will only make the desired modifications and schedule the auction. You will find it in pending and scheduled, so all you will have to do is unschedule it, see the modifications and launch.
Please notice that some modifications, although allowed on our side, make the item fo fail at eBay. These include changes in quantity, reserve price, checkout options.

well I don't need for you to relist for me (tho thanks for the offer) as I relisted one without editing it. But I guess I'd like the problem to go away as I frequently have to edit my relists and I've been trying now for about 4 times (different auctions) with no success. I'll keep trying some different things and see how it goes and write back again if I have no luck in the next few weeks. Fran
