The number in ( ) after the date in PSE when in the Send Reminder list never changes!! Is it not supposed to reflect how many we've sent to that particular person? I send many reminders and the number never changes from (1)
PLEASE adjust the amount of listings viewable per page in PSE to stay at member's choice and NOT constantly default to "20". I think I must have to change it to "50" about 40 times a day!!!!!
PLEASE ADVISE! THANKS =)

Hi Biffette,

Where exactly are you in Post Sale?

Regarding your suggestion to adjust the amount of viewable listings in Post Sale -- I will pass it along to Product Development.

Hi bIFFETTE,

The number you mention seeing after the date in 'awaiting feedback' (actually after the 'final price' also) is the number of WBN's that have been sent.

Note the column headers on these pages. This column is titled 'WBN Last Sent (Log)' - meaning this is just a log of the number of times the system has sent out a WBN, not a reminder. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Christopher, That seems ridiculous to me. If you send a WBN and they don't respond, don't you then send the WBN Reminder? You don't just keep sending the WBN! So isn't it more logical to keep count of the Reminders you've had to send since you're really ever going to send 1 WBN but could potentially send several Reminders?
If I'm offbase with this logic, I'd appreciate you setting me straight as to the effectiveness of keeping track of # of WBN's as opposed to Reminders, thanks.

Hi bIFFETTE,

Sometimes sellers/buyers claim that they never received the WBN, so we have a system to keep track of when they were sent as well as additional ones. This will give you a chance to view exactly when the original/duplicates were sent if needed.

I will forward along a suggestion on your behalf to also add a system to track when you sent a reminder.

Thanks for passing that along to engineering. It still seems the effort is being put in the wrong place. The number of customers that get the WBN but take too long in responding and need nudging with the Reminders as opposed to those claiming they never got the WBN is probably 10-1. I bet if you took a poll with all the members, you'd see they send out a whole lot more reminders than they do duplicate WBN's. Not only that, but the WBN DOES have a date reflecting when it was sent AND it's own PSM key box that get's darkened when it is sent, whereas the Reminders have no date or box to ever reflect when and if ever they were ever sent at all. I have to make written notes whenever I send them so as not to harass by sending too many or by sending a 2nd one too soon, and also to guide me in my decision as to whether this customer is "non-responsive" & to take further action. I'm telling you, the effort of the dates in ( ) is being put on the wrong activity.

I'm inclined to agree with you. I send one WBN. I sometimes send up to three reminders. Each time I do, I have to write the action and the date in the Notes box.

Automating this process in some way would really help.
