All week there has been an announcement that you had worked with eBay and solved the latency isssues. Last Sunday, I had about 30 auctions I could have launched but ended up with only about 10 because they got stuck in proceessing too late, so I cancelled them. I worked real hard and was real excited to think that this Sunday problem had been resolved, but NO - it was a false promise. It's still early on launching my auctions, but all of my 6:45 ones are stuck in processing - and that's not a top of the hour issue. I really want to be able to launch auctions on Sundays, but I'm just about to give up. There is absolutely no consistency to Sunday launches. I tried scheduling them for 5:30 thinking that they would then launch between 6:30 and 7:00, but then they would launch too early. Then sometimes they would launch on time, and then the next week they would take so long to launch they just errored out. WOULD YOU PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! It's getting ridiculous.

AMEN .. there are to many competitors out there to put up with this every single Sunday!
The last time I was here I was told by a moderator to post my auctions on Thursdays for 10 days and they would still end on Sundays. Of course, that would cost me an extra 10 cents per eBay for 10 day auctions! Why should I have to change the way I do things because this site is inept?
I have an auction that has been sitting in processing for an hour now! I am now going to have to go in and cancel it. I don't want it to end when I'm gone to bed and unable to answer last minute questions!

i'm sick and tired of it as well. AW needs to do something about this or they are going to loose their customers fast. They may be cheap, but i'd rather pay higher prices elsewhere and not have the hassles.

I know. I don't sell a lot each week, only a few hundred dollars, about 10-20 auctions. But I want what i pay for, and auction watch is not providing it. I don't really want to go elsewhere and pay a higher monthly fee and higher rates but i will if i have to. I spend many sundays rushing to get auctions ready, like tonight, and then they don't launch, not only do i loose money, and time, it is extremely infuriating to rush through creating listing, taking photos, to then not be able to list them. I love how AW said this problem was fixed, sure don't look fixed to me.

My ISP was giving me problems and treating me like it didn't matter - I switched.
I am now thrilled with my ISP!
I guess I have to take drastic action here also. I'm off to search for other services. Need to at least see what's out there. Maybe check out their thread boards and see what everybody's using and how happy they are. Think I'll go lurk over in the eBay chat rooms! Night all and best of luck!!
