I'm an "express" user who got the email about the upcoming elimination of express. I was curious about the comment in the email that there was a higher response rate with "classic" than with "express." Could you show the statistics on which that claim is based?
I've used both and my experience is that I get slightly better response with "express" and, as important, faster response with express. I would say I've probably had more complaints of system failures with express (mostly AOL and weird ISP users), and the response rate with both is nothing to shout about, but I'm curious how the higher classic response rate was determined.
I'm also intrigued about what user-requested "new features" this is paving the way for. It's not nice to tease us with that without details. Any hints?

Hi Abqsales,
Unfortunately I do not have the statistics available. The highly demanded features most requested by users include shopping cart and integrated shipping carrier functionality. Let us know if you have any other questions!
